Plot Summary:FM 89.3 call sign could be read as 'Yakuza Radio' and so it is. A man is released after fifteen years in prison and returns to his yakuza gang in Kabukicho, Shinjuku in Tokyo. The yakuza own several properties there including a radio station. He is not only tasked with running the station, but also finding sponsors and advertisers. The station needs on-air personalities too. He takes that up as well.
