A good start to important but difficult conversations. The only piece missing in the puzzle is why everybody should feel obligated to commit to this and what the incentives are for the white to do this? Goodwill? Justice? To assume the white is endowed with the nobility and altruism to cede control isn't itself an indication of white privilege?
